I believe that your nutrition should come first, but not at the cost of living a normal lifestyle.
Anyone can change their behaviors, but that doesn't mean it is always easy. Having been through my own journey with weight loss and nutrition, I understand first hand the challenges.
While there is still a lot we don't know about diseases like cancer, diabetes, and heart disease, we do know feeding your body nutrient dense foods and staying active decreasing the odds of developing these conditions/diseases.
I also know how fantastic it is when you feel your strongest. A healthy lifestyle is liberating and once you have experienced it you never want to go back.
